• Minimum 4 years direct experience administering a 24x7 Tidal Production environment. <br>
• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing scripts and code improvements using C, PowerShell, Bash, MSFT SQL, Tidal REST API 2.<br>
• Support and maintain the Tidal Workload Automation (formerly known as Tidal Enterprise Scheduler) environments.<br>
• Proactively identify issues and bottlenecks to ensure environment stability.<br>
• Continuous service improvement focusing on automation.<br>
• Developing, testing, and implementing scripts and jobs<br>
• Scheduling and orchestration of batch jobs<br>
• Tune and tweak job catalog for improved performance<br>
• Identify product defects and enhancements and implement solutions / features as needed.<br>
• Troubleshoot failed installs of the agent, job failures and dependency streams in real time.<br>
• Experienced with Tidal Workload Automation upgrade / patching processes.<br>
• Provide support and guidance to users for best practices and product features.<br>
• Working knowledge of integrating with ITSM Tool<br>
• Working knowledge and proficiency in MS SQL and Tidal database schema<br>
• Produce / develop reports for metrics and trend analysis.<br>
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.<br>
• Maintain accurate documentation.<br>
• Strong oral and written technical and interpersonal communication skills including sensitivity to user community.<br>
