5. Blue Carbon Science Specialist

* Description: Field visits to different classes of intact mangroves
as well as deforested areas to gain a true appreciation of the
biophysical and hydrological characteristics of the project area,
thus forming a foundation for further advice; Assessment of field

documentation outlining these methods will be provided to the
consultant prior to their arrival in Madagascar; Assistance with the
establishment of surface elevation tables and soil accretion
markers, with the aim of measuring sediment accretion and erosion

The aquaculture data assistant will be required to work closely with
