*Postdoctoral Opportunity at NRC.* The National Research Council Board 
on Atmospheric Sciences and Climate (BASC) is looking to hire a 
postdoctoral fellow to spend a year working at the interface of science 
and policy.  The postdoc will support several activities on a wide range 
of topics, including atmospheric chemistry, subseasonal-to-seasonal 
forecasting, geoengineering, global change research and activities of
