*PROPOSAL ENGINEER*


I am recruiting on a position located here on the Cape for a Proposal 
Engineer. The candidate needs to have RFP experience as the company 
sends out around 500 a year and

understand the manufacturing process.  Great salary and benefits.



Working with a local company who designs *AUV's *for *Marine Research, 
defense, hydorgraphic and off shore energy markets.*

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree from a four year college 
or university in Engineering; and at least 5 years of experience and/or 
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. At a 
minimum, the candidate shall be proficient in the use of MS business 
applications such as Excel, Word, Project and Power Point. Knowledge of 
FAR and Government Contracting preferred. Knowledge of ERP, CRM systems 
and SolidWorks required. Additionally, the candidate should have:

·Strong verbal and written skills; ability to communicate internally and 
externally in a clear, concise and professional manner

·Experience in technical writing.

·Experience with large program proposals.

·Excellent people skills; able to work in teams of varying sizes, 
technical abilities and levels of authority. Ability to lead a proposal 
team.

·Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize. Should 
be thorough, detail oriented, and organized.

·Excellent multitasking abilities; able to handle multiple concurrent 
projects.

·Initiative, self-motivation and proactive approach to workload.

·Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
