25. FISHERY TECHNICIAN IV (SCUBA) (SR-13), HI Dept. of Land and Natural 
Resources

OAHU, HI

Under general supervision, perform a variety of complex, 
sub-professional duties in support of professional fishery activities; 
and/or supervise a small group of fishery aids and technicians; and 
perform other related duties as assigned.

The immediate vacancies are located in the Aquatic Resources and 
Environmental Protection Branch, Aquatic Resources Division of the 
Department of Land and Natural Resources. The duties and 
responsibilities of this position include assisting aquatic biologists 
in underwater work by participating in surveys to collect and record 
information needed to improve fisheries productivity; participating in 
dive operations for aquatic invasive species, mitigation and restoration 
purposes; and other supporting underwater activities.
