[CINAR_PIs] I need your help - Ocean Policy Task Force

Pete:

My guess is that it is too late for JIm to get on the list. I am
replacing Susan Avery for WHOI, and I'm sure that can't change. My
position as Director of CINAR allows me to mention our Institute and
what we can do to help NOAA, but I was not invited as a CINAR rep.
It's just an opportunity that we can take advantage of.

Is Jim the main person for me to work with at Maine in preparing the testimony?
