My home in East Falmouth will be available for Year-Round rent starting September 1st, 15th, or October 1st (any of those options available).

It's a fully-furnished 4 bed, 2.5 bath by Brick Kiln and Sandwich Roads. Very quiet cul-de-sac.

Downstairs bedroom has brand-new luxury ensuite bathroom. Three upstairs bedrooms share a brand-new full bath and half-bath in downstairs hallway. Two upstairs bedrooms have southwest facing skylights. Third upstairs bedroom faces east into private, wooded backyard.

New kitchen with peninsula, open-concept dining room, and stainless appliances; living room w/large TV and wood stove; 3-season porch w/skylights, attached deck, private backyard; laundry on site; cozy Mares/Spectacle Pond Reservation entrance around corner on Sandwich Rd; basement storage.

Utilities: all-electric home w/solar and whole-home AC/heat pumps, so utilities are minimal, usually averaging ~$50-60/month over the whole year (typically free in spring, summer, and fall, then expensive in winter). Tenants are responsible for internet; landlord is responsible for yard care. Two car garage with 50 amp circuit adequate for stage-2 electric car charger.
