Hey friends,

I am moving out of Falmouth soon (around Christmas time) and my landlord is looking to rent the place. He prefers WHOI or MBL people.

Info: It's a spacious apartment in a house (1st floor) located adjacent to the Falmouth Town Center (49 Glenwood Ave, Apt B, Falmouth, MA 02540) and one block from the Falmouth main street. The house has two floors (ground and upstirs) with separate entrances. The apartment is a 2 bed 1 bath and comes with a full kitchen -dinning area, living room, in-unit washer/dryer and parking space. The current rent for the apartment is $1650/month. It also has nice garden open to the resident for gardening.
