[All-postdocs] Falmouth seasonal rental $1600

Hi Everyone,

My family is moving out of a seasonal rental and have been asked to help find tenants to replace us. It is a very nice 3 bedroom house with large basement and yard. The rental normally runs from September to May 31st, but we are looking for someone to move in November 1st if possible.

It’s fully furnished, with washer/ dryer and the kitchen is well equipped. It’s on Young Road in Falmouth, close to downtown Falmouth and Stop and Shop etc.

Rent is $1636 inclusive of internet and cable, tenant is responsible for electricity and gas. 1 dog is allowed.
