<p class="MsoNormal">My family is moving out of a seasonal rental and have been asked to help find tenants to replace us. It is a very nice 3 bedroom house with large basement and yard. The rental normally runs from September to May 31<sup>st</sup>, but we
are looking for someone to move in November 1<sup>st</sup> if possible. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">It’s fully furnished, with washer/ dryer and the kitchen is well equipped. It’s on Young Road in Falmouth, close to downtown Falmouth and Stop and Shop etc.

<p class="MsoNormal">Rent is $1636 inclusive of internet and cable, tenant is responsible for electricity and gas. 1 dog is allowed.</p>
