[All-postdocs] Furnished Room, year-round or short term

Hi all,

I am subletting out a furnished room.  It is in Mashpee, near Mashpee Commons, a 25-minute drive to WHOI.  The room is furnished with a queen bed, desk, futon and there is a large double closet.  It is in a 2-story 2-bed 2.5 bath condo with a basement and back patio.  The rent is cheap - 950 /month includes utilities, laundry, a weekly housekeeper, parking, linens, towels, and soaps/paper products like toilet paper.  You'll live with a professional artist with a studio in the basement, formerly a professor at School of Museum of Fine Arts Boston.  She travels to Boston fairly frequently.

I took this room while looking for a place to buy/live in more permanently.  I was able to find that sooner than expected, so I'm looking to sublet.  This room would work well for a visiting scientist or post-doc.  The room is available from Oct. 1 - Apr 30 subletting from me. There is the option to continue living there as this is a year-round rental.
