Hey all,

I’m moving, and my current place near downtown Falmouth will be available:

This renovated ranch is in a fabulous location with access to Main St. Falmouth and also the shuttle to Woods Hole. Legally a 2-bedroom, but functionally a 1 Bedroom (second has been converted into a laundry/storage room.) Wood floors, gas fireplace, newer Kitchen and sunny dining room.

The house is right by the bike path, and a ~10 minute walk to downtown Falmouth. I’ve been using the second bedroom as an office; it’s a bit small to use as an actual bedroom, and currently houses the laundry machines. That said, the place is definitely big enough for a couple. The property is professionally managed by a company with offices directly across the street from the property.
