[All-postdocs] 2 bedrooms available in a 5 bed seasonal house in Woods Hole

Hi all - myself and Kelly McKeon are moving out of our current house in Woods Hole and looking for two individuals to take over our portion of the lease, starting November 1st with flexibility on that date.  Rent is $525/pp/mo (not including utilities), and amenities include

  *   in-unit washer and dryer in laundry room
  *   fully furnished bedrooms (all furniture included in photos come with the house)
  *   fully furnished and stocked (pots, pans, etc) kitchen
  *   2 spacious sitting rooms and a separate dining room
  *   back patio and front porch
  *   big front yard and backyard
  *   plenty of parking (5 spots without parking anyone in, more if you park people in)

Unfortunately, this is a strict seasonal rental (must be out by June 1st, can move back in September 1st), but if you choose to renew the lease, you are allowed to store your belongings in the attic for the summer. Sadly, this house is not pet-friendly. You would be sharing the house with two professional young women.

The house's location can't be beat: 10-minute walk to Stony Beach, 8-minute walk to the Village, 1.5 miles from Quisset Campus.
