<li>in-unit washer and dryer in laundry room </li><li>fully furnished bedrooms (all furniture included in photos come with the house) </li><li>fully furnished and stocked (pots, pans, etc) kitchen </li><li>2 spacious sitting rooms and a separate dining room </li><li>back patio and front porch </li><li>big front yard and backyard </li><li>plenty of parking (5 spots without parking anyone in, more if you park people in) </li></ul>
<div>Unfortunately, this is a strict <b>seasonal rental</b> (must be out by June 1st, can move back in September 1st), but if you choose to renew the lease, you are allowed to store your belongings in the attic for the summer. Sadly, this house is not pet-friendly.
You would be sharing the house with two professional young women. </div>
