[All-postdocs] Introducing the "Incubator" CDEI Working Group

Good morning JP and Postdocs!

I'm happy to announce the start of a new CDEI Incubator Working Group that will seek to connect folks together to iterate on bite-sized projects. We are particularly excited for student/postdoc/early career involvement as this sandbox format supports small periods of heightened participation, which we hope fits within your schedule and the more transient nature of our positions. These ideas will turn into official recommendations/actions for the CDEI writ large, Natalie's office, departments, etc.

All are welcome. There is no expectation of previous DEI involvement, and anyone can propose an idea, big or small. If you'd like to be added to the working group listserv, please email me back! And if you have a project idea(s), include a short description of those as well.
