I'm happy to announce the start of a new CDEI Incubator Working Group that will seek to connect folks together to iterate on bite-sized projects. We are particularly excited for student/postdoc/early career involvement as this sandbox format supports small
periods of heightened participation, which we hope fits within your schedule and the more transient nature of our positions. These ideas will turn into official recommendations/actions for the CDEI writ large, Natalie's office, departments, etc.
