[All-postdocs] WH Bedroom available for rent June & July in house share

Hi JP and post docs!

I know summer housing has been really tough in WH. I wanted to advertise that I have 1 furnished bedroom available in my 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house from now until July 31 (sorry, not the entire summer!). My house is located on Sippewissett Rd near Wood Neck Beach. It has easy access to the bike path (~5mile mark) and parking, laundry, yard, fire pit, grill, etc. The rental is for a room and there is shared use of the common spaces in the house (i.e. kitchen, bathrooms, dinning room, living room). The house has new hardwood floors, AC, recently renovated kitchen, and no summer mold! The other tenants are all either JP students or research assistants at WHOI/MBL. Rent $800/month, utilities included in the rent price.
