Hi Postdocs,

We are leaving our house in Falmouth.  Its close to main street, the library and schools and about a 20 minute bike to the village campus.  .

The details from the landlord:

Year round rental : 3 Bed Bedroom, 2 Bathroom single family house available in early December. House is located near downtown Falmouth at Gifford / Lakeview.  Rent $1,950 monthly.
