We are leaving WHOI after 6 months of sabbatical and heading back to Australia. We need to sell our bikes. See below for details and check photos at

Bikes for Sale…


Three bikes in total, one lady’s and one man’s style Electra (Trek) bikes and one road bike.  See the pictures below….


Electra Bikes

  *   Refurbished ex-rental bikes from Corner Cycle, Falmouth
  *   Paid $250 each
  *   Bought in January this year for our 6 month stay
  *   Excellent quality and really nice to ride
  *   Superb 7 speed Nexus hub gears and aluminium frames
  *   Family artist painted them both so they don’t get mistaken for rentals (white and yellow daisies on the powder blue lady’s bike, and all white with a few black details on the man’s bike
  *   Sell for $175 each including rear rack and bag.


Road Bike

  *   Black Valano frame with Shimano 21 speed gears
  *   Aluminium frame and wheels
  *   Bought new for $200
  *   Only 6 months old
  *   Added good lights, bike pump, tool kit and spare inner tube
  *   Sell for $140 (incl. Lights, pump, tool kit, inner tube and helmet)
  *   Rack and bag in photo belongs to White Man’s bike.


Buy separately or take the lot for $480.
