[All-postdocs] Year-round rental in Falmouth

Hi fellow JP students and WHOI postdocs,

My roommate is moving next week and we will have a bedroom available for
year-round rental starting Dec 10.

This room is in a 3-bedroom/1.5-bathroom townhome unit.  I and my MBL
friend (plus his adorable puggle dog) are the current occupants.  It is a
great location on Gifford St with easy access to Goodwill Park (Address:
29C Woodview Drive, Falmouth). One way to WHOI Quissett Campus is 12 min.

$475/month rent does not include utilities which typically cost less than
$60 per month. The room is fully furnished: twin bed, desk, chair, chest
of drawers are provided with laundry in the basement.

I can provide you with pictures and show you the room if you are interested
or know someone who might be.
