I and my MBL friend (plus his adorable puggle dog) are the current occupants. It is a great location on Gifford St with easy access to Goodwill Park (Address: 29C Woodview Drive, Falmouth). One way to WHOI Quissett Campus is 12 min. </p><p class="gmail-MsoNormal" style="font-size:12.8px"><span style="font-size:12.8px">$475/month rent does not include utilities which typically cost less than $60 per month.
