Hello all,
There are slides from my talk on open access available here:

The slides explain mechanisms for making your academic works publicly
available (without paying an open access fee or publishing in an open
access journal) and talk about the new WHOI Open Access Policy which is in
the final stages of being approved.

A useful website for understanding publisher copyright policies is
