[All-postdocs] House share available

Hi all,

I am in the market for a wonderful new housemate to share my place in Falmouth. The space is available starting March 1, but move-in is negotiable and lease term is flexible for the right person(s). Here are the juicy details:

The house is located in the Teaticket neighbourhood - walkable to grocery, cinema, pubs, liquor store, etc. and a 12ish min drive to Quissett campus (a lovely 25 minute cycle). It is a bright and comfortable 3-bedroom 2 bathroom house with a backyard including a hot tub. The bedroom is fully furnished, has walls and a ceiling, as well as a private bathroom. Rent is $800 per month, includes internet and tv, electricity/heat bills will be shared. House will be shared with one postdoc (me), as well as a brown dog and oddball cat (all rabies-free, to my knowledge).

I’m hoping to find another friendly postdoc or friendly friend of a postdoc, to avoid the hassle of posting publicly. So if you know of someone great looking to make a move sometime soon, or newly arriving on the Cape, please put us in touch.
