I will move to a 2-bedroom apartment in late December, so the 1-bedroom 
cottage I am currently living will be available in January. It's 10 
miles to WHOI and super comfortable for a single person or a couple. The

//One bedroom cottage near bike path and North Falmouth Elementary 
School. FHW heat by gas. New gas water heater, new refrigerator with ice 
maker, newer apartment-size oven. Harvey vinyl, insulated tilt-wash 
windows; newly painted interior; newly refinished hardwood floor in 
living room and bedroom. Energy assessment completed and recommended 
insulation installed through Cape Light Compact last year. No 
washer/dryer facilities. No pets and no smokers./
