    January. It's 10 miles to WHOI and super comfortable for a single

      refrigerator with ice maker, newer apartment-size oven. Harvey

      vinyl, insulated tilt-wash windows; newly painted interior; newly

      refinished hardwood floor in living room and bedroom. Energy

      assessment completed and recommended insulation installed through

      Cape Light Compact last year. No washer/dryer facilities. No pets
