Hi all,

There is soon to be a vacancy in my house on 127 Palmer Ave., Falmouth  
center. It's a big house that's divided to four separate apartments.  
The rear apartment on the second floor will be available for rent  
starting mid-September. It's a 1 bedroom, year-round rent, 800$ a  
month not including gas and electric. No washing machine, no  
furniture. Has its own little deck with table and chairs. Great for  
single or couple.
The house is well managed and there is a private drive way with ample  
parking. Great location right off Maine St. and across the street from  
the bus depot and the bike path.
The owner is very nice and the property manager is one of the tenants  
and she's wonderful!
