electrical, all-weather windows, kitchen, and bathrooms; new porch and 
decks. New high-efficiency gas furnace installed in 2013. Large lot and 
ample parking for 5 plus cars. Easy walk to labs and Woods Hole village. 
No pets. No smoking.
