Dear All,

If you are interested in renting this nice house (see below) for the summer
months, please contact me immediately. My family will be moving in in fall
but we have to find someone for the summer months.

Attached are a few pictures of the house located at 14 Wyndlea Circle, East
Falmouth, about 15-min driving to WHOI. It is more close to Falmouth town.

The 3-bedroom 2-bath house is about 1700 sq. ft including the finished
basement. The first/second floors are about 1200 sq. ft., and the finished
basement is about 500 sq. ft. The first floor has kitchen, dinning, living,
master bedroom and a full bath. The second floor has other 2 bedrooms and
another full bath. The finished basement has a large play room and the
extra fourth bedroom. It is partially furnished with a queen bed, a dinning
table with a few chairs, a sofa, and other small items, The owner's son's
piano is also in the house. Gas heating, washer/dryer, Microwave. Big
driveway and plenty of parking. Outside has a shed for yard tools. They
upgraded all floors to laminate including the finished basement less than 2
years ago. No pets/smoking. $1535+utilities/month.
