finished basement has a large play room and the extra fourth bedroom. It
is partially furnished with a queen bed, a dinning table with a few
chairs, a sofa, and other small items, The owner's son's piano
is also in the house. Gas heating, washer/dryer, Microwave. Big driveway
and plenty of parking. Outside has a shed for yard tools. They upgraded
all floors to laminate including the finished basement less than 2 years
ago. No pets/smoking. $1535+utilities/month.
