[All-postdocs] Studio apt for rent

Hi all,
If any of you are looking for a new living space, I will be leaving my
apartment this month.
It is a studio apartment located on a side street off of Main St, Falmouth,
~2.5 miles from the Quissett campus. The apartment has a full kitchen,
bathroom, and comes furnished if you'd like.
The rent is $440/month plus gas heat/hot water and electricity. I pay ~$15
in the summer, $45 in the winter per month for gas and $20 per month for
electric. A shared washer and dryer are located in the basement of the
adjoining house.
The apartment has been a great place for me over the past ~4 years and is a
really great for anyone looking to live alone inexpensively.

start on Jan 1st, but pending successful submission of my thesis, the
apartment will be available after next week.
