<div dir="ltr">Hi all,<br><div>If any of you are looking for a new living space, I will be leaving my apartment this month. <br>
</div><div>It is a studio apartment located on a side street off of Main
St, Falmouth, ~2.5 miles from the Quissett campus. The apartment has a
full kitchen, bathroom, and comes furnished if you'd like. <br></div><div>
The rent is $440/month plus gas heat/hot water and electricity. I
pay ~$15 in the summer, $45 in the winter per month for gas and $20 per month
for electric. A shared washer and dryer are located in the basement of
the adjoining house.<br>
</div><div>The apartment has been a great place for me over the past ~4 years and is a really great for anyone looking to live alone
