Hello,

If you are not looking for a place to rent, I am sorry to bother you and 
you can stop reading now. If you are looking or know of someone who 
might be, please read on.

I have a 1 bedroom apartments available which I would love to rent to 
WHOI students or postdocs. Rent is $800 per month including heat but not 
other utilities for JP students - $900 for others. The apt has a large 
bedroom withprivate deck and a large living room with attached kitchen. 
It would be perfect for a couple. Available June 1. It is the 2nd floor 
of a house in Falmouth village on a quiet street, 2 Blocks to village 
stores, 0.7 miles to Surf Drive Beach, and 2.3 miles to Quissett campus. 
There is a shared washer and dryer in the basement and a shared 
lawn/backyard with space for gardens. Cats are welcome. No smoking is 
allowed anywhere on the premises. Kathleen Munson and Min Ding have 
lived in a small studio apt in the same house so if you have questions 
about the location or house, you could talk to them.
