To WHOI postdocs,

I am looking to move out of the apartment I currently rent and am
looking for future tenants on behalf of my landlady.

It is a 2-bedroom apartment on two floors (kitchen/bathroom downstairs;
2 bedrooms and living area upstairs) with a balcony and large parking lot.
Modern bathroom, large kitchen, and available furnished or unfurnished.
Conveniently located in downtown Falmouth, very close to the bike-path
(and Grumpy's!) - 1 Locust Street, Falmouth.
Landlord and lady are very helful and nice, and look after everything.

$1400/month including all bills. Available immediately.
