SoundHAB: Large Noctiluca bloom in Commencement Bay

Ecology's "Eyes Over Puget Sound" (EOPS) flight captured a large Noctiluca bloom in Commencement Bay and Port Madison yesterday on Monday June 8, 2015 3 PM
