SoundHAB: Heterosigma again in East Sound

We observed an extensive maroon-colored Heterosigma bloom in East Sound on
August 7-8 with some bright orange Noctiluca around its edges.  Dissipated
by the afternoon of August 9.  Within Fisherman Bay, Lopez, however, we are
in the third week of a very dense bloom of Chaetoceros lacinosus, and have
been seeing only a few Heterosigma cells in our weekly samples all summer.
