SoundHAB: Large dramatic bloom in Central Basin and South Puget Sound

We just returned from a EOPS flight over Dana Passage, Carr Inlet,  Central Basin (3 PM) and I have not seen a (diatom?) bloom this intense since we have been flying in Central Sound.
