SoundHAB: Nanaimo Heterosigma update July 24

This morning a surface sample from Nanaimo had 30,000 cells/mL
Heterosigma akashiwo.  The bloom had appeared to ease off in the past
few days, but there was heavy rain here over the weekend, and there are
thick patches in the harbour here once again.
