SoundHAB: Heterosigma update June 17

We now have Heterosigma in Departure Bay (Nanaimo) at approximately 300
cells/mL at the surface.  (Quick sample taken this morning.)  The bloom
in Jervis Inlet was 1000 cells/mL in the 1m sample, ~500 cells/mL at 5m,
at our monitoring site there on June 14th.
