SoundHAB: Dinophysis in Sequim Bay

Hello SoundHAB participants,

Lohna O'Rourke from the Jamestown S'klallam Tribe reported that Dinophysis
reached 31,000 cells/L in yesterday's sample taken at Sequim Bay State Park.
Dept of Health has been notified.  Thanks Lohna!
