Sierra Cape Cod’s virtual "Third Tuesday Talk” series continues on February 20 at 7 pm with a focus on two interconnected challenges facing local communities—the need to increase housing affordability while relieving development-driven environmental degradation. This Zoom event is open to all; time will be reserved for audience Q&A.

Invited speakers will address the following topics:

Michael Lach, executive director of Harwich Conservation Trust, will discuss synergies between resource protection and housing development.
Amanda Bebrin, director of housing advocacy at Community Development Partnership, will describe examples of community-based, resource-efficient housing on Cape Cod.
