Preserve Your Summer Produce:
Got Tomatoes! Are you looking for some practical information about
preserving your garden produce? Resilient Roots is offering an opportunity
for you to learn how to preserve your summer fruits and veggies with Kim
Concra from Cape Cod Cooperative Extension. Kim will guide us through
various methods of preserving, from boiling water canning to dehydrating.
This workshop is being held at Cape Cod Community College in West
Barnstable, on Sept 16th from 9 am-1 pm. To learn more and to sign up go to
