Cyr in the Senate and Rep. Kate Horgan in the House. It sets deadlines for the phaseout of PFAS in consumer products sold in Massachusetts and establishes a trust fund to help communities address contamination in soil, groundwater, and drinking water. Sierra Club’s Massachusetts Chapter strongly supports this bill.

As part of the Massachusetts Chapter, Sierra Cape Cod represents members and supporters in Barnstable, Dukes, and Nantucket counties.
