2022 Summer Science Internships and Field Crew Leader Announcement
Great Pond Foundation - Edgartown, MA

Great Pond Foundation (GPF), a nonprofit focused on preserving and protecting coastal ponds, is seeking seasonal staff to assist with the Ecosystem Monitoring Program. GPF is committed to scientific data collection, much of which involves assessing water quality and biodiversity in Edgartown Great Pond and Chilmark Pond, as well as other similar coastal ponds on the island of Martha’s Vineyard. In addition to the Water Quality Monitoring Program, seasonal staff will help with the Biodiversity Monitoring Program and the MV CYANO cyanobacteria monitoring program. GPF has two openings for college students for the Summer Science Internship, and one opening for a 6-month Field Crew Leader position.
