[SEMCO] Orleans Conservation Trust Internship Posting

The Orleans Conservation Trust (OCT) is hiring a summer intern. OCT is a non-profit land trust in its 50th year of protecting land in Orleans, MA. Our interns work side-by-side with staff and community leaders on land stewardship initiatives. OCT interns gain valuable professional experience and develop a passion to save open spaces. The intern will assist with land management needs and report to OCT’s Director of Land Stewardship. The intern can expect to be involved with property inspections and maintenance, long and short-term land management planning, habitat management, property documentation, and volunteer engagement. OCT's summer internship program, now in its tenth year, is a terrific opportunity to get experience working for an environmental nonprofit and to build an understanding of land conservation. Position is open until February 25 or until filled.
