[SEMCO] Children's School of Science -- Director Search

The Children’s School of Science (CSS), founded in 1903 and located in
Woods Hole, MA, is seeking a Director of its educational program, which
runs for six weeks during the summer months. The Director is the School’s
chief administrator and accountable for the school’s safe and efficient
operation and day-to-day management of faculty and staff. CSS serves
students ages 7-16 and offers about 30 classes in two three-week sessions,
serving roughly 400 students each summer. When school is in-session, the
Director is responsible for overall on-site operations and is expected to
serve on a full-time basis. When school is out-of-session, the Director
works on a part-time basis, and oversees school registration and planning,
with most duties occurring in the late winter and spring.
