Five transfer stations across Cape Cod are accepting clean shrink wrap through June 30, 2022.

Woods Hole Sea Grant is partnering with Barnstable County and five towns across the Cape to collect and recycle boat shrink wrap. Cape residents can bring clean, rolled shrink wrap to transfer stations in Bourne, Chatham, Dennis, Eastham, Wellfleet. Thanks to the generosity of the participating towns and partners, this program is free.

All plastic straps, vents, zippered doors, and other non-shrink wrap material must be removed before recycling. See the Woods Hole Sea Grant webpage for instructions<http://seagrant.whoi.edu/shrinkwrap> and collection locations and hours.
