The Buzzards Bay Coalition is seeking 12 highly-qualified, enthusiastic and
articulate professionals to join our Staff Team. This exciting period of
growth offers an unprecedented opportunity to join one of the most
effective conservation organizations in New England. And it comes at a time
when our work to reduce pollution, preserve watershed lands, respond to
climate change and engage new generations and populations in environmental
stewardship has never been more important. Our organization’s ability to
create lasting improvements has also never been greater.



Founded in 1987, the Buzzards Bay Coalition is a nonprofit, membership
organization dedicated to the restoration, protection and sustainable use
and enjoyment of Buzzards Bay, its watershed, and the adjacent waters of
Vineyard Sound. The Coalition works to improve the health of our coastal
ecosystem for all through education, conservation, research and advocacy.
Today, we are a $3.5 million/year organization staffed by an existing team
of 20 professionals, aided by hundreds of volunteers, and supported by a 23
member Board of Directors and more than 10,000 members.



The organization offers a great working environment; the opportunity to
