JAM CLASSES IN HISTORIC GREEN BRIAR JAM KITCHEN

Join a jam class in the historic Green Briar Jam Kitchen in East Sandwich
and make your own 4 to 6 jars of jam to take home and enjoy.  Register for a
private jam class for 4 to 6 people or in a mixed company class available to
the general public for up to 6 people. Private classes are great for special
family celebrations or a fun way to get a group of friends together.  You
choose the flavor for the group to make focusing on fruits of the season.
Choices include jams, chutney, marmalade, conserves and pickles.  Mixed
company classes have a flavor set by the instructor based on fruits of the
season.  The two- hour classes are scheduled on specific Wednesday evenings
at 5:30pm or Saturday mornings at 9:30am.  The class fee is $75 for members
of the Thornton Burgess Society and $85 for non-members.   Check online at
