Subject: TerraCorps is hiring for two staff positions: Chief Philanthropy Officer and a Data Insights Analyst!

Good morning friends at SEMCO,

My name is Maria Infante and I help to run an AmeriCorps program in Massachusetts called TerraCorps. TerraCorps is an AmeriCorps affiliated start-up environmental non-profit preparing and mobilizing emerging leaders to help communities gain access to and conserve land for people and nature. Working at the intersection of the land conservation and urban agriculture movements, our vision is to create a future where land is the foundation of health and well-being for ALL people in EVERY community.

TerraCorps is looking for two new staff members to join the TerraCorps team!

  * The Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPhO) is responsible for building a culture of abundance that unleashes TerraCorps' endless potential to create environmental and social change. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CPhO owns the process of telling TerraCorps' story of impact to enlist foundations, corporations, individuals, and alumni as partners in creating the change we seek. As a key member of TerraCorps' self-managed, cross-functional teams, the CPhO collaborates daily to identify resource needs and lead the creation of financing strategies that maximize the TerraCorps experience for all stakeholders and energize growth into new geographies.

  * The Data Insights Analyst (DIA) is responsible for gathering useful information and getting it into the hands of everybody who needs it to make better decisions. Reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer, the DIA uses the data analytics skill set to collect, analyze, and visualize data from multiple platforms to enable data-driven decision capabilities across financial, fundraising, recruitment, learning experience, and service impact functions. As a key member of TerraCorps' self-managed, cross-functional teams, the DIA collaborates daily with colleagues, service members, and partners to improve systems for data acquisition and provide evidence-based insights that promote team success.
