JAM CLASSES IN HISTORIC GREEN BRIAR JAM KITCHEN

Jam making classes are again being conducted in the historic Green Briar Jam
Kitchen in East Sandwich.  Due to COVID restrictions, private classes are
offered for a group of your own family or friends up to four people.  These
classes are great for special family celebrations or a fun way to get a
group of friends together.  You choose the flavor for the group to make
focusing on fruits of the season. Choices include jams, chutney, marmalade,
conserves and pickles.  All materials are provided, and participants each
take home four to six jars of finished product.  The two hour classes are
scheduled on specific Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm or Saturday mornings at
9:30am.  The class fee is $300.   Check online at www.thorntonburgess.org
